Payments may be accepted through PayPal, card checkout through PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Work may begin after payment confirmation.
4. Client Materials
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any images, logos, videos, business information, testimonials, or content you submit.
5. No Guarantee
ARCHLUXPRO does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, leads, rankings, approvals, or advertising outcomes.
6. Account and Platform Access
If access to third-party accounts is required, the client is responsible for providing accurate access and maintaining compliance with platform rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
ARCHLUXPRO is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, platform restrictions, account suspensions, ad disapprovals, payment processor issues, or third-party service interruptions.
